Manufacturer Defects
Due to high volume of production that are mainly assembled, painted and sculpted by manufacturer’s worker instead of machine, this is a typical issue that occurs regularly in the toy industry.
For example: paint tear/faded/missing, flake, broken, missing parts, part attached incorrectly, tight joints/parts, loose joints/parts, defective design, etc.
Product Package Box
Please do take note that product package box is only for protection of figures. Product package box received might be damaged during transportation that may or may not be caused by mishandling of logistics employees.
EMT & R Yorozuya Service (“EMTR” ) is not responsible for any compensation of any defect or box damaged or box dented or box defective.
Hence, if there is any box perfectionism, please do take note on this matter. No refund or exchange will be assisted thereafter, only proceed order at your own discretion or risk.
No Refund / Exchange Policy
All products sold are strictly non-refundable, non-returnable and non-exchangeable once you have placed order with EMTR. Due to some of manufacturer’s lack in after-sales service for oversea customer. EMTR will not be held responsible for any manufacturer defects.
Deposits or full payments are only refundable or transferrable to another product order if the Manufacturer cancels the production or you have placed order to “Not Confirmed Slot” and ends up unable to fulfil your order.
EMTR will only assure customers that you will receive Mint in Sealed Box Condition (“MISB”) which is unopened condition from manufacturer. No refund or exchange will be entertained thereafter, only proceed order once you agreed to the policy.
