SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Shipping & Handling for Pre-order Stock
All pre-order stock will be delivered to EMTR up to 3 months from its release date. Upon receiving the pre-order stock and receiving full payment from you then EMTR will start processing the shipping within Malaysia as per our "Shipping & Handling for Ready Stock" flow. 

We wish to iterate that some brands may experience release date delay to which you can refer to the official website for further information or Contact Us.

 

Shipping & Handling for Ready Stock
Shipping charges free for West Malaysia, we currently do not support order from East Malaysia.

Once your purchase is completed, processing your order will take 3-5 working days. Actual delivery of your product is subject to courier's discretion but usually takes 2-5 working days for within Malaysia. Shipments are not made on weekends and federal holidays.

 

 

Delivery status

Parcel Tracking numbers and Tracking Link will be emailed to you once your package is shipped.
